With this final degree project, we will try to design, program and build a direct drive solar radiation sensor to measure the direct irradiaton coming from the sun. Later we will see the requirements and procedures to follow for the design and manufacture of a prototype. After, once we have designed and printed the necessary components, we will make a prototype, in which we will analyze in different experiments its behavior in open sky, we will analyze those data and proceed to improve them, introducing different alortihms or control techniques to improve their accuracy and achieve a more effective and accurate result. Finally, we will proceed again to perform tests and trials to see the improvement in the irradiance measurement and to compare with the previous results. |
