has been ... The present study aims to explain the Internet banking use in the elderly capturing the heterogeneity according to socio-demographic and psychological variables. A sample of 415 individuals older than 55 years has been analyzed using the latent class cluster model. The results show that there are three clusters with different levels of Internet banking use. Sex, level of education, cognitive age, self-efficacy and anxiety act as significant covariates. |
