En el presente trabajo se realiza una comparación entre dos versiones del modelo de aceptación de la tecnología, generalmente conocido por sus siglas TAM, mediante la utilización de dos familias de procedimientos de estimación diferentes dentro de la metodología de las ecuaciones estructurales: las estructuras de covarianzas y el análisis de los mínimos cuadrados parciales. En representación de estos métodos hemos elegido los programas informáticos AMOS y PLS, respectivamente. Los resultados obtenidos señalan sustanciales diferencias entre ambos procedimientos, tanto en los análisis de los modelos de medida como en el de los modelos estructurales. |
