Abstract | La idea de que las escuelas son organizaciones dedicadas a enseñar nos sugiere la posibilidad de pensar en ellas como organizaciones que pueden aprender. Es posible aplicar el ámbito organizativo el ciclo de investigación-acción, ... La idea de que las escuelas son organizaciones dedicadas a enseñar nos sugiere la posibilidad de pensar en ellas como organizaciones que pueden aprender. Es posible aplicar el ámbito organizativo el ciclo de investigación-acción, transformándose los centros en lugares de formación donde quepa el desarrollo profesional colectivo. La evaluación puede contribuir al aprendizaje organizacional, pero no si se plantea como una herramienta al servicio de la gestión. Para que genere confianza en los sujetos debe ser un proceso de autoevaluación voluntaria, alejada, al menos en un principio, de la evaluación externa y basada en la responsabilidad. El mejor complemento para la autoevaluación es la gestión democrática |
