El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado consiste en una propuesta de intervención dirigida a las personas con afasia de Wernicke. La afasia es una alteración en el lenguaje considerada como un trastorno del habla, son diferentes los tipos de afasia, la tipología se establece según los síntomas que padece el paciente. Las causas de la aparición de la afasia son varias, sin embargo, la más común son los ictus, tras la lesión cerebral, se ven afectadas diferentes áreas del lenguaje como la fluidez del habla. La valoración de las áreas del lenguaje afectadas, se realiza según pruebas estandarizadas y para el diagnóstico de la afasia. Para mejorar las habilidades lingüísticas alteradas se desarrollan técnicas de tratamientos en la rehabilitación de la afasia a través de terapias. Existen dos tipos de etapas de recuperación, en ambas, pueden influir varias variables como el daño cerebral y la rehabilitación lingüística. Las consecuencias de la afasia impactan en el paciente, en su entorno familiar y vida cotidiana, por ello, la población debe poseer información sobre consejos y recomendaciones para la comunicación con personas con afasia. Por último, la finalidad del proyecto de intervención tiene como objetivo principal el reaprendizaje de las personas con afasia. The present End of Degree Project consists of an intervention proposal aimed at people with aphasia of Wernicke. Aphasia is a language alteration considered as a speech disorder, there are different types of aphasia, the typology is established according to the symptoms suffered by the patient. The causes of the appearance of aphasia are several, however, the most common are strokes, after brain injury, different areas of language are affected such as fluency of speech. The evaluation of the affected language areas is performed according to standardized tests and for the diagnosis of aphasia. To improve altered language skills, treatment techniques are developed in the rehabilitation of aphasia through therapies. There are two types of recovery stages, in both, several variables can influence brain damage and linguistic rehabilitation. The consequences of aphasia impact on the patient, in his family environment and daily life, therefore, the population must have information on tips and recommendations for communication with people with aphasia. Finally, the main objective of the intervention project is the relearning of people with aphasia |
