Internet has become a key element in any economic activity, but to do so requires constant updating due to its various changes. Thus, within tourism, has appeared what is known as Web 2.0, allowing direct interaction between different companies, organizations and/or users, especially from social networks. In this sense, and in the tourism sector, hotels are the ones with the strongest position, because of their high interaction with internet. The purpose of this study is to analyze a series of factors related to the presence of the hotels in the city of Cordoba (Spain) in what is known as Web 2.0 (social networks, online reputation, reviews of tourist demand, etc.) and the extent of their online reputation. The methodology used for this research consisted of a combination of primary (fieldwork) and secondary (review of similar written studies in other tourist destinations) sources.
