The following project has as main objective and present the modeling of a free wheel in a realistic way to compare it with the results obtained with simplified freewheeling within a power transmission system using the MSC.Adams software. For the success of the main objective, the kinematic and dynamic analysis of all its elements has been carried out starting from the elaboration of an ideal model and then elaborating a model that fits more to a real one. As the central element of the project are the free wheels, it has begun with the modeling of the same along with its analysis, passing then to the rest of elements until arriving at the complete system of transmission of power. It is known from previous studies (Martínez Brugarolas, AA, 2017) that the ideal freewheels model works very well in certain situations, but badly in others, so that different contour conditions will be used in the complete system for its analysis, in order to be able to see what is the behavior of the free wheels within this system before these different situations and be able to compare the results of ideal and real free wheels and be able to draw conclusions. |
