managerial changes regarding the strategy of the company can help ... There exists a lot of controversy about the actual ability of managers to influence their business. In this situation, the analysis of the consequences of managerial changes regarding the strategy of the company can help to clarify this debate. In this paper, an exploratory analysis is made of the history of the company Telepizza from 1992 to 2000. The informational analysis indicates that managerial changes seem to be necessary at the time a strategic reorganization of the company is carried out. |
