Abstract | Este trabajo presenta un protocolo básico
de atención al paciente podológico denominado Método Clínico Podológico Básico con el
que se pretende consolidar el papel del podólogo como especialista/generalista del pie. ... Este trabajo presenta un protocolo básico de atención al paciente podológico denominado Método Clínico Podológico Básico con el que se pretende consolidar el papel del podólogo como especialista/generalista del pie. Propone cuales son los elementos esenciales del estudio y las pautas generales del tratamiento, basado en una lista de problemas. El protocolo pretende ser completo en su conjunto y ágil en su aplicación, de manera que sea fácil aplicarlo en cada consulta básica, sea la primera vez que se recibe al paciente o una revisión posterior. Considera también el clima de la interrelación podólogo-paciente para establecer un ambiente de coni anza hacia el profesional basada en la autoridad bien entendida y la empatía. This paper presents a basic protocol of patient podiatric care called Basic Clinical Podiatric Method which aims to strengthen the role of the podiatrist as a specialist / generalist foot. Suggests which are the essential elements of the study and general treatment guidelines, based on a list of problems. The protocol aims to be comprehensive and agile in its application, so that it is easy to apply in each basic consultation, is the i rst time that the patient receives or later revision. Also consider the climate of the interrelationship podiatrist-patient to establish an atmosphere of trust in the professional based on well understood authority and empathy. |
