The main objective of many companies is to generate profits for their founders, profits that depend on organizational results. A previous factor to the improvement of these results, consists in the reduction of business staff voluntary turnover intentions, thus, a company that seeks to improve its organizational results, must try to reduce these turnover intentions. The present study tries to identify the way in which Servant Leadership can influence voluntary turnover intentions, for this purpose, a review of the existing literature on both employee rotation and Servand Leadership will be carried out, subsequently integrating both research lines. This will allow us to identify a number of internal factors to the organization that can reduce employee voluntary turnover intentions, as well as explain how Servant Leadership can influence these factors. With this, we will present Servant Leadership as an effective management practice in today's hyper-competitive markets, solving the deficiencies derived from previous theories aimed at reducing employee turnover, and proposing an integrated model of how Servant Leadership influences the identified factors of employee voluntary turnover intention. |
