Abstract | Las crisis se pueden calificar como situaciones inesperadas que afectan a las
organizaciones poniendo en peligro su imagen y credibilidad. En el caso de las crisis
sanitarias, esta situación se agrava aún más, generando ... Las crisis se pueden calificar como situaciones inesperadas que afectan a las organizaciones poniendo en peligro su imagen y credibilidad. En el caso de las crisis sanitarias, esta situación se agrava aún más, generando gran incertidumbre y posible temor en la sociedad. Las instituciones públicas deben poner en marcha en estos casos un plan de gestión de crisis, para disminuir dichos efectos. Las redes sociales ayudan a proporcionar un canal directo para comunicarse con los ciudadanos, con el fin de suministrarles la información pertinente, así como para escuchar sus inquietudes. De este modo, se podrá recuperar la credibilidad disminuyendo el impacto de la crisis. Es por ello, que este Trabajo de Fin de Máster se centra en analizar los mensajes emitidos por el Ministerio de Sanidad de España, en su cuenta oficial de Twitter, durante la crisis del ébola en 2014 y la crisis del COVID-19 en 2020. Para lograr este objetivo se utilizará una metodología cuantitativa a través de una ficha de análisis de contenido, en la que se contemplan distintas variables para el objeto de estudio. |
