The following project that follows provides details about the implementation of an intervention proposal for a four year old child with Down Syndrome. The goal of this intervention is to work on some of the contents and specific objectives that the teacher has established for the student in the classroom. The project is composed of two different parts. The first part, the theoretical framework, provides an exhaustive bibliography providing research studies about the evolution of Special Education and the "Inclusive School," Down Syndrome, and the different qualitative research methods used in the intervention. The second half consists of an intervention project and is divided into three phases. Here we can find which instruments were used to collect the data, the development of the fifteen sessions that were completed, and the assessment procedure that was used to develop the project. The results of the study along with the implications and limitations can be found in the conclusion.
