The investigation had the purpose to formulate a plan of training in technologies of information and communication for the high school teachers of the Instituto Escuela, Caracas, Venezuela. The theoretical framework was center in the Constructivism and Conectivism vision, on a framework of collaborative learning and an andragogical point of view. This feasible study is supported by none experimental field research of a descriptive nature. The information was gathered by means of interviews, essay test and questionnaire validated by means of the experts opinion technique. The results obtained brought forward the importance of the TIC use in the classroom, likewise the need of an articulated plan of the involvement of teachers in their technological training, so they can count with the tools and strategies in order to put them in action, further than just their instrumental use.
