El papel de la mujer en el arte y su inclusión en las aulas de primaria

Abstract

El punto de partida para este Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) ha sido el interés por realizar un acercamiento a la iconografía atribuida a la mujer a lo largo de la historia y su participación como artista. Parte de la investigación es un estudio a los docentes sobre su manera de enfocar la asignatura de Educación Artística en las aulas con respecto al papel de la mujer artista y su visibilidad; Se ha analizado la visibilidad que ha tenido la mujer a lo largo de las etapas históricas, teniendo en cuenta en la actualidad, las estadísticas de Mujeres en las Artes Visuales (MAV), que han hecho un estudio sobre el número de exposiciones en museos de artistas mujeres, frente a artistas hombres. La metodología se basa en la fundamentación teórica apoyada de cuestionarios dirigidos a docentes. Tras acotar el número de mujeres investigadas, estas servirían como ejemplo para la propuesta didáctica y se trabajará sobre ellas a lo largo de una serie de actividades. El objetivo es acercar la perspectiva de género a las aulas de Educación Primaria, con la finalidad de acabar con la desigualdad de género en los contenidos, a través del estudio de varias mujeres artistas.

The starting point for this Final Degree Project has been the interest in making an approach to the iconography attributed to women throughout history and their participation as an artist. Part of the research is a study to teachers about their approach to the subject of Art Education in the classroom, with respect to the role of women artists and their visibility; The visibility that women have had throughout the historical stages has been analyzed, taking into account at present the statistics of Women in the Visual Arts (MAV) that have done a study on the number of exhibitions in artists' museums women, in front of male artists. The methodology is based on the theoretical foundation, supported by questionnaires aimed at teachers. After delimiting the number of women investigated, these would serve as an example for the didactic proposal and will be worked on over a series of activities. The objective is to bring the gender perspective to primary education classrooms, with the aim of ending gender inequality in content, through the study of several women artists.
