Sistema emocional, función educativa y educación informal

Abstract

El estudio teórico de la educación no se agota desde una perspectiva objetiva de la cultura –normas, rituales, instituciones…-, porque no es desdeñable la relevancia de los procesos de incorporación a la cultura. Estos procesos, a lo largo de la evolución cultural ha generado las denominadas profesiones pedagógicas; entre ellas, la función docente. Recientemente se toma consciencia de los riesgos profesionales que implica el compromiso con las dificultades que entrañan los escenarios educativos. La vulnerabilidad de la persona, del profesor, invita a investigar especialmente el sistema emocional y su arquitectura. La descripción fenoménica de los procesos educativos sitúa la reflexión en un único nivel. La perspectiva sistémica no hace referencia exclusiva al sistema de enseñanza en tanto que planteamiento institucionalizado del proceso. La perspectiva sistémica es multinivel y evolutiva. En el debate sobre la educación es importante resaltar que el proceso docente institucionalizado, al menos hasta finalizar la educación secundaria, no puede ser exclusivamente docente, por exigencias de la estructura funcional de la mente. Esta exigencia tiene repercusiones sobre la formación inicial del profesorado y sobre la plasticidad -vulnerabilidad de la personalidad del docente- al tiempo que constituye el marco para la toma de consciencia de los riesgos que asume el profesional docente.

The theoretical study of education is not run out from the perspective of the culture -norms, rituals, institutions ... – due to the relevance of the processes of incorporation into the culture. These processes, along cultural evolution have produced the called educational professions, among them teaching profession. Recently we become aware of the professional risks that involved the commitment with the difficulties that there are in the educational context. The vulnerability of the person, of the professor, invited to research especially the emotional system and their architecture. The phenomenological description of the educational process set the reflection on an unique level. The systemic perspective does not refer exclusively to the education system while institutionalization of approach of the process. The systemic perspective is multilevel and evolutionary. In the discussion about education is important to point out that the learning process institutionalized, at least until the end of secondary education, cannot be exclusively for teachers due to the requirements of the functional structure of the mind. This requirement has implications for initial teacher training and plasticity - vulnerability of the personality of the teacher- while it is providing a framework for making aware of the risks assumed by the teachers as professional.
