Relacion@rse con la pantalla: claves de cambio para una pedagogía adaptada a la generación internet

Abstract

Las generaciones de jóvenes que están creciendo en la era de Internet son personas acostumbradas a interaccionar no sólo cuando buscan información, también en sus actividades de ocio. El ordenador “ha redefinido la función y la esencia del hombre” (Yehya, 2001:11), se ha convertido en un elemento de socialización que compite con la familia, la escuela y la propia televisión. La filosofía imperante es la interactividad y la virtualidad. Si la televisión impuso la cultura de la imagen, las nuevas pantallas interactivas desarrollan el aprendizaje a través del juego y la participación dentro de entornos simbólicos.

The generations of young people who are growing in the era of Internet are customary people to not only interact when they look for information, also in its activities of leisure. The computer "has redefined the function and the essence of the man" (Yehya, 2001:11), one has become a socialization element that competes with the family, the school and the own television. The prevailing philosophy is the interactivity and the potentiality. If the television imposed the culture of the image, the new interactive screens develop to the learning through the game and the participation within symbolic surroundings.
