El uso informatizado del cuestionario de problemas sociomorales (DIT) del Rest

Abstract

La psicología del desarrollo moral tiene uno de sus referentes más importantes en el modelo teórico de Kohlberg (1984). Con el fin de comprobar la validez de este modelo existe una serie de pruebas estandarizadas entre las que destaca la creada por Rest (1979), el Defining Issues Test (DIT). Sin embargo, esta prueba frecuentemente utilizada tanto con un fin diagnóstico como educativo, conlleva una corrección compleja lo que frecuentemente hace desestimar su utilización a profesores e investigadores. En este artículo se presenta la descripción de la aplicación informatica creada, el DITcor 1.0., para facilitar la corrección y el uso de esta prueba.

Kohlberg´s theoretical framework (1984) is one of the most important in developmental moral psychology. There are some standard tests to check the validity of this framework. One of the most important of them is surely the test that Rest (1979) designed, Defining Issues Test (DIT). DIT has been frequently used in order to make a diagnoses and educational assesments. Nevertheless, the correction of this test is not simple and that is why teachers and investigators are reluctant to apply it. In this article we present the description of a computer software (DITcor 1.0) designed to make easier both the use and the correction of this test.
