Les écrits turistiques en cours universitaire de tourisme: typologie textuelle et discursive

Abstract

La enseñanza del francés con fines específicos implica la creación y el desarrollo de un material lingüístico particular que favorezca el contacto de los alumnos con contextos reales de su ámbito turístico. Queremos, en este trabajo, presentar los principios teóricos basados en la lingüística textual y análisis del discurso para posteriormente aplicarlos al análisis de textos turísticos en clase. Daremos especial relevancia al modelo de matrice discursive preconizado por Béacco y retomado por Mourlhon-Dallies. Los alumnos se iniciarán en una formación lingüística conociendo el funcionamiento de la comunicación turística.

L’enseignement du français sur objectifs spécifiques implique le développement et la création d’un matériel linguistique très particulier capable de favoriser le contact des élèves avec des contextes réels du domaine touristique. Nous voulons présenter dans ce travail les principes théoriques basés sur la linguistique textuelle et discursive. Ensuite nous présenterons l’application de ces principes théoriques aux écrits touristiques pour leur analyse en cours. Nous allons suivre principalement le modèle de matrice discursive préconisé par Béacco et repris par Mourlhon-Dallies. Les élèves pourront s’initier à une formation linguistique qui facilite le repérage de la communication touristique.

The teaching of French for specific purposes implies the elaboration and development of linguistic material that should grant students access to real contexts in their tourist enviroment. In the present article, the primary objective is to outline a number of theoretical principles drawing on text linguistics and discourse analysis and then go on to apply these to the analysis of tourist texts in class. Special attention will be devoted to the model of “matrice discursive” put forward by Béacco and then revisited by Mourlhon-Dallies. The overall aim of this article is to show how students can acquire a linguistic background while also becoming familiar with the dynamics of communication in a tourist context.
