Programación con IEC 61499 para célula de fabricación flexible

Abstract

En este trabajo se ha automatizado una célula de fabricación flexible gracias a un nuevo software de la empresa Schneider Electric, EAE, que hace uso de la nueva normativa IEC 61499, la cual sustituye a la antigua norma IEC 61131. La idea surge de la ambición por crear un gemelo digital de dicha célula de forma que para llegar a tal punto en el desarrollo es necesario la utilización de un programa de automatización que en el futuro permita la interconexión entre la planta y el gemelo y por lo tanto ese es el enfoque de este proyecto, el cual además será la base de otros en el futuro.

In this project a flexible fabrication cell has been automated thanks to the new software of the company Schneider Electric, EAE, that makes use of the new IEC 61499 normative which comes to substitute the old IEC 61131. The idea of automating the cell arises from the ambition of creating a digital twin of it and in order to achieve that it is required to make use of an automation program that in the future allows the plant and the twin to be interconnected and that is the reason of the approach of this project which will be as well the base of other ones in the future.
