La fuente docente en la educación infantil y primaria

Abstract

El estudio de la función docente resulta interesante para descubrir qué piensa, qué hace y qué siente un maestro. Mediante este trabajo de investigación se pretende, no solo revelar en qué consiste la función docente, sino analizar y determinar qué factores influyen y condicionan dicha labor, así como reconocer las emociones que desencadena. De esta forma, se ha entrevistado a ocho docentes de educación primaria e infantil con el objetivo de recoger todos los datos relativos a nuestra investigación. Además, para lograr una investigación precisa en la que se estudien las relaciones de los docentes con otros individuos y objetos del entorno, se ha utilizado el modelo de campo psicológico propuesto por Emilio Ribes, que permite analizar la función docente dentro de un campo de relaciones en el que todos los elementos se afectan mutuamente.

The study of the teaching function is interesting to discover what a teacher thinks, what he does and what he feels. Through this research work it is intended, not only to reveal what the teaching function consists of, but also to analyse and determine what causes influence their work, as well as to recognize the emotions that it triggers. In this way, eight primary and early childhood education teachers have been interviewed with the aim of collecting all the data related to our research. In addition, to achieve a precise investigation, the psychological field model proposed by Emilio Ribes has been used, which allows the analysis of the teaching function within a field of relationships in which all the elements affect each other.
