dc.description.abstractAtopámonos na era da información e nela as novas tecnoloxías da comunicación están impoñendo innovadores sistemas de traballo. Agora, e gracias ós modernos sistemas de comunicación, existe a posibilidade de que as persoas non teñan que verse forzadas a ter que desprazarse cada día ó traballo, posto que é posible que o traballo sexa o que se mova cara a eles. Estámonos a referir a unha das máis actuais e innovadoras formas de traballo denominada "teletraballo": forma flexible de organización do traballo que consiste no desempeño da actividade profesional sen a presencia física do traballador na empresa durante unha parte importante do seu horario laboral e a través do uso permanente dalgún medio de telecomunicación. No noso estudio imos analizar este anovador sistema de traballo, deténdonos en concreto en determinar qué tipo de actividades poden ser máis adecuadas para ser desempeñadas mediante o teletraballo e cál sería o "perfil ideal" do traballador.es
dc.description.abstractWe are in the age of information and it is precisely in this field where the new technologies of communication are imposing innovative working systems. Now, and thanks to modern communication systems, there is a possibility for people not to be forced to move every day to work, since it is possible that work moves towards them. We are referring to one of the most modern and innovating working ways, known as "teleworkW: a flexible form of work organisation that consists in carrying out the professional activity without the worker's physical presence in the company during an important part of his labour schedule and through a permanent use of some means of telecommunication. In our study, we will analyse this innovative working system, determining what type of activities can be more adequately carried out through "telework" and which would be the teleworker's "ideal profile".es
