Abstract | Este trabajo trata de determinar el efecto que tiene la concepción socio-cultural de la
menstruación en la publicidad de productos de higiene íntima femenina y establecer los
arquetipos y recursos propios de este tipo ... Este trabajo trata de determinar el efecto que tiene la concepción socio-cultural de la menstruación en la publicidad de productos de higiene íntima femenina y establecer los arquetipos y recursos propios de este tipo de anuncios. Definimos estrategias de branding como, el activismo de marca y la ciudadanía corporativa para analizar el caso de Procter&Gamble. Nuestro objetivo principal ha sido estudiar las tácticas de esta empresa en el mercado de productos relacionados con la menstruación, a través del análisis de varias campañas publicitarias. Concluimos que enfocar el discurso publicitario en el activismo y las causas sociales como estrategia de branding constituye, junto a la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa, la adaptación de las marcas a distintas audiencias y contextos socioculturales, uno de los factores claves en el éxito de Procter&Gamble en este mercado, pero no significa que hayan dejado atrás los arquetipos publicitarios relacionados con este tipo de productos. |
