Thanks to the economy development and recent technological advances, E-commerce has become mainstream in our trade system, hence turning into one of the most iconic references of the 21st Century. Internationalization and globalization have brought about a new era of prosperity for e- commerce. Many companies are willing to harness this powerful tool for their own benefit, but they ought to face many problems in order to do so. When it comes to e- commerce, we cannot ignore China. This is certainly one of the most powerful economies in the World and E-commerce is at its peak within its boundaries. This senior project analyzes E-commerce and the most relevant aspects of its configuration, such as business opportunities and difficulties which may arise, among others. The main objective is providing those Spanish companies willing to approach to the Chinese market with the information they need to that aim
