La determinación de la carga mecánica de un motor en servicio es necesaria para, por ejemplo, poder evaluar los costes de funcionamiento anuales o hasta el final de la vida prevista para el motor. Esta evaluación permitiría detectar situaciones en las que el coste actualizado de mantener el motor en servicio hasta el fallo esperado (dentro de 7 años, por ejemplo) resulte mayor que el valor actualizado neto de sustituirlo por otro motor más eficiente o de potencia mejor ajustada al ciclo real de la carga mecánica accionada. Desafortunadamente, la determinación directa de la carga mecánica de un motor en servicio suele ser demasiado costosa en términos de equipo necesario y, sobre todo, de tiempo. En consecuencia, surge la conveniencia o necesidad de tener que realizar la estimación de la carga mecánica a partir de métodos indirectos, que resulten poco costosos y mínimamente invasivos. Con este propósito, tradicionalmente en la industria se han utilizado medidas de deslizamiento (velocidad), y de intensidad y potencia eléctrica absorbidas de la red, a fin de estimar con ellas la potencia mecánica del motor. En este estudio se utilizarán los métodos de estimación a base de regresiones lineales con el objeticvo de crear el mejor modelo que nos permita calcular la potencia mecánica útil del motor a partir de las tres medidas anteriormente mencionadas. En segunda instancia se útilizaran las redes neuronales para tratar de mejorar los resultados menos satisfactorios y comparar cual debería ser el enfoque mas adecuado. |
