Convenio bilateral de Seguridad Social entre México y España

Abstract

La migración es un fenómeno que ha acompañado a la humanidad desde su origen. La principal causa es buscar una mejor calidad de vida. El derecho contribuye a través del Derecho Internacional de la Seguridad Social (DISS) a regular el otorgamiento de las prestaciones de seguridad social de los miembros de un país en otro y a salvaguardar su derecho humano a la seguridad social. En ese contexto esta investigación analiza el convenio de seguridad social entre México y España, el cual es un instrumento importante para ambas naciones, que permite promover los mecanismos necesarios para garantizar el otorgamiento de pensiones de ambas poblaciones.

Migration is a phenomenon that has accompanied to the humanity since its origin. The main cause is to look for a better quality of life. Law contributes through International Law (DISS), to regulate the granting of social security benefits of the members from one country to another and to safeguard their human right to social security. In this context, this research analyzes the social security agreement between Mexico and Spain, which is an important instrument for both nations, which allows to promote the necessary mechanisms to guarantee of pensions for both populations.
