La Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, por la que se transponen al ordenamiento jurídico español las Directivas del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo 2014/23/UE y 2014/24/UE, de 26 de febrero de 2014, se encuentra en vigor desde el 9 de marzo de 2018 derogando el texto refundido de la Ley de Contratos del Sector Público aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 3/2011, de 14 de noviembre existente hasta entonces.La idea principal del presente proyecto es la de servir de guía a través de un análisis interpretativo de esta nueva Ley, para lo cual se tratarán las novedades que presenta la Ley, sobre todo su incidencia en los contratos de obra pública y conocer el alcance de la misma.Palabras clave: Contratos, Plataforma de Contratación, obra, solvencia, adjudicación, Sector Público, criterios, licitación, pliegos.
The Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts, by which they are transposed to Spanish law the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of 26 February 2014, is in force since 9 March 2018, repealing the consolidated text of the Public Sector Contracts Law approved by Royal Legislative Decree 3/2011, of 14 November existing until then.The main idea of this project is to serve as a guide through an interpretative analysis of this new law, for which will be dealt with the novelties presented the Law, especially its incidence in the public works contracts and know the scope of the same.Keywords: Contracts, Procurement Platform, work, solvency, awarding, Public Sector, standard, invitation to tender, specifications
