Encuestas de empleo

Abstract

En el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado se pretende conocer las encuestas de empleo, sus barómetros y generar informes a partir de los datos que nos ofrece el INE (Instituto Nacional de Estadística) y el IECA (Instituto de Estadística y Cartografía de Andalucía). Para realizar el objetivo de este trabajo, vamos a realizar primero un recorrido por las encuestas de empleo: origen, estructura, estudios que permite, recursos que posee, entidades en las cuales podemos encontrar información y las herramientas que nos hacen falta para realizar un estudio a partir de los datos que tenemos mediante el INE. En el segundo capítulo, nos centraremos en conocer, unos de sus tipos de estudios a través de la situación política, económica y social en la que nos encontramos, para ello analizaremos cómo se realizan, cuándo se realizan, porqué y para qué, y por tanto veremos la influencia que tiene en la sociedad. A continuación, pasamos al tercer capítulo donde vamos a estudiar los tipos de encuestas que se realizan en cuanto a salarios y costes laborales, y veremos cómo se realizan, cúando se realizan, porqué y para qué, y sus principales características. Por último, en el último capítulo, utilizando los datos obtenidos en este trabajo, analizaremos con la ayuda de gráficas, para describir los pasos que se llevan a cabo en estas estadísticas y además se irán contrastando con los datos de distintos años.

The aim of this Final Degree Paper is to find out about the employment surveys and their barometers and to generate reports based on the data provided by the INE (National Statistics Institute) and the IECA (Andalusian Institute of Statistics and Cartography). In order to achieve the objective of this work, we are going to first carry out a tour of the employment surveys: origin, structure, studies that it allows, resources that it possesses, entities in which we can find information and the tools that we need to carry out a study based on the data that we have through the INE. In the second chapter, we will focus on getting to know some of its types of studies through the political, economic and social situation in which we find ourselves, analysing how they are carried out, when they are carried out, why and for what purpose, and therefore we will see the influence they have on society. Next, we will turn to the third chapter where we will study the types of surveys that are carried out in terms of wages and labour costs, and we will see how they are carried out, when they are carried out, why and for what purpose, and their main characteristics. Finally, in the last chapter, using the data obtained in this work, we will analyze with the help of graphs, to describe the steps that are carried out in these statistics and will also be contrasted with data from different years.
