De Heidegger a Vico con Grassi y Gadamer

Abstract

Este trabajo muestra y argumenta cómo tanto Grassi como Gadamer exploran un recorrido filosófico que va desde Heidegger a Vico, aunque lo hacen de manera distinta. Ambos autores, discípulos de Heidegger, frente a éste revalorizan el humanismo y, también, al heredero del humanismo renacentista que fue Vico. Pero las imágenes que Grassi y Gadamer tienen del humanismo, y por lo tanto también del humanismo viquiano, son sensiblemente diversas.

This article shows and motivates the idea that both Grassi and Gadamer explore a philosophical itinerary that goes from Heidegger to Vico—although each of them traverses it in a different way. Both authors where pupils of Heidegger, and both of them contribute to establish the value of humanism again—and in particular the value of the heir of renaissance humanism, Vico—in contrast to his master. However, the conceptions that each of them have, Grassi and Gadamer, of humanism, and specifically of Viquian humanism, are noticeably diverse.
