In Kansei Engineering projects semantic space lists and describes the domain of emotions or kanseis and domain of reason or Chisei using terms that appeal to emotion and rationality of the worker in relation to the work environment. The objective is quantify the emotional and cognitive response by applying neuroscience tools. The semantic space in Lean environments must integrate Lean significance and values in the conceptualization and explanation of kansei and chisei terms. The space properties studied the properties and categories domain from the point of view of emotion and reason. For design Lean manufacturing environments, properties refer to attributes or characteristics of the plant, workstation and tools, of which a proposal for obtaining properties centric in worker. The main objective of Kansei-Chisei Engineering is establish the relationship between emotion, reason and properties of Lean environment to use the results to improve the comfort and efficiency of the work environment. |
