rasgos reglamentistas por parte ... El auge de la industria del sexo y su vinculación con las migraciones transnacionales es un tema que incita al debate. En el Estado español rige un sistema abolicionista marcado con ciertos rasgos reglamentistas por parte de ciertos ayuntamientos. El discurso que se vierte desde estos ámbitos está marcado por claros sesgos de género, contempla a las mujeres que ejercen este tipo de trabajo como víctimas o como culpables, invisibiliza a los hombres que desempeñan esta actividad y justifica el hecho de que las mujeres trans se vean abocadas a trabajar para la industria del sexo por carecer de otros mecanismos de inserción laboral. En esta investigación analizo el discurso y la ideología que se esconde tras esa representación con la intención de averiguar a qué intereses y mecanismos de poder responden, qué instrumentos utilizan para legitimar ese discurso y que asociaciones ideológicas construyen y asientan ciertos estereotipos y actitudes. Por otro lado, mi intención es averiguar en qué medida esta realidad construida por el discurso y la norma influye a la situación de estas personas, dificultando procesos de integración y como afecta al tránsito de la sociabilidad a la subjetividad, del paso de las representaciones culturales a las percepciones individuales, es decir, hasta qué punto influye en la percepción que éstas tienen sobre sí mismas, sobre su proceso migratorio, su trabajo, el estigma o su situación. |
