Discurso de género en la música vasca de principios del siglo XXI. ¿Siguen vigentes los modelos normativos de la mujer bella, el hombre fuerte, las relaciones heterocentradas y el amor romántico?

¿Cómo hablan de amor y de sexo?, ¿En la cultura ... ¿Qué música escuchan lxs jóvenes vascxs de hoy en día?, ¿Qué discursos de género transmiten las canciones más conocidas?, ¿Cómo representan a las mujeres y a los hombres?, ¿Cómo hablan de amor y de sexo?, ¿En la cultura vasca pasa lo mismo que en otras culturas como la española o la inglesa?, ¿Siguen vigentes los modelos normativos de la mujer bella, el hombre fuerte, las relaciones heterocentradas y el amor romántico? Para comprobar todo esto hemos utilizado dos fuentes documentales: las listas de las canciones más votadas en la radio "Euskadi Gaztea" y una encuesta al alumnado universitario donde se les pedían las diez canciones que más escuchan estos últimos años. El corpus de grupos resultantes lo hemos buscado en www.youtube.com para saber cuáles han sido las canciones más descargadas y así obtener la lista final que ha sido objeto de análisis en este estudio. Hemos podido comprobar que hay representaciones y relaciones de género contradictorias. La libertad que aparece en la sexualidad está reñida con la dependencia, el control y el sacrificio que representa el amor romántico, ideal vigente y con gran peso en las canciones analizadas. Parece ser que algunos discursos heteropatriarcales permanecen en la realidad de lxs jóvenes junto a otros discursos en clave de igualdad. |
