Como continuacion de una linea de investigación que hemos venido desarrollando los últimos años, en este trabajo nos planteamos analizar los y las protagonistas en las series de animación emitidas especificamente para el público infantil. Partimos de un análisis cuantitativo de la programación de los tres canales en abierto que tienen como objetivo el público infantil. A partir de los resultados, elegimos tres series representativas, una de cada canal y hacemos un análisis cualitativo de los roles de género atribuidos a los y las protagonistas. Nuestro enfoque es estructural, situamos nuestro estudio en la tradición crítica de la economía política de la comunicación y cultura, concebimos -por tanto- a los medios de comunicación como industrias cullurales. |
