Abstract

El campesino contempla la tierra, valorando con su mirada su flora y los animales domésticos visibles y los salvajes previsibles (rebaño o coto de caza) en función de su rendimiento útil para su provecho, tiene una visión interesada de la naturaleza. Este interés es distinto, pero indudablemente ajeno a cualquier goce estético como fin primordial, al que lleva al estudio de esta al botánico, al geólogo o al técnico agrónomo, por citar algunos ejemplos. Por tanto, se puede establecer que el paisaje, para que sea tal, necesita de una visión desinteresada para su goce. De aquí que sólo en periodos de saturación de cultura haya aparecido este tema crucial en la expresión artística.

The peasant contemplates the land, valuing with bis look the flora and tame animals at first sight and also the hiden wild animals in the surroundings, seeking its yielding for bis own benefit. He has a interested view of nature. So this interest is absolutely different to any aesthetic pleasure as an aim in itself. Exclusive aesthetic pleasure is not the one that we can find in the aim of the botanist, geologist or agronomist as sorne examples. Therefore we can determine that to consider landscape as itself and nothing else, a desinterested view is required in . order to experience aesthetic pleasure. And only when society is overloaded with culture this subject appears in artistic expression.
