Educar la inteligencia sensible en tiempos de inteligencia artificial

Abstract

La inteligencia artificial (IA) está adquiriendo un papel cada vez más importante en el ámbito educativo. El uso de herramientas tecnológicas basadas en IA puede mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos educativos, optimizar los recursos y facilitar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Sin embargo, el rápido avance de la IA a lo largo de los últimos años también plantea serios desafíos para la educación y los principales actores y agentes que implica. Uno de los aspectos más críticos es la necesidad de educar la inteligencia sensible (IS) ante la IA. Este trabajo pretende visibilizar la importancia de desarrollar la IS propia a la naturaleza de los seres humanos para reforzar el papel imprescindible de la persona y su originalidad en el contexto actual. Es decir, a partir de la teoría de Aron & Aron (1997), Pluess et al. (2017) y Martínez-Domínguez (2021, 2022), se reflexiona sobre la idoneidad de educar desde el origen, desde la propia singularidad del sujeto. Este texto analiza la situación actual de la IA en el ámbito educativo, interpreta las diferentes posturas de los expertos y propone algunas pautas para educar la IS. Ante este panorama, el sector educativo debe adaptarse de manera inevitable al contexto actual y enseñar a los estudiantes a usar la IA de manera responsable, efectiva y ética.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is playing an increasingly important role in education. The use of AI-based technological tools can improve the efficiency of educational processes,optimiseresources and facilitate student learning. However, the rapid advancement of AI over the last few years also poses serious challenges for education and the main actors and agents involved. One of the most critical aspects is the need to educate sentient intelligence (SI) in the face of AI. This paper aims to make visible the importance of developing the SI inherent to the nature of human beings in order to reinforce the essential role of the individual and his or her originality in the current context. In other words, based on the theory of Aron & Aron (1997), Pluess et al.(2017) and Martínez-Domínguez(2021, 2022), it reflects on the suitability of educating from the origin, from the singularity of the subject. This text analyses the current situation of AI in the field of education, interprets the different positions of experts and proposes some guidelines for educating SI. Against this backdrop, the education sector must inevitably adapt to the current context and teach students to use AI responsibly, effectively and ethically.
