compuesto por las obras no fragmentarias de ... Las oraciones de relativo son unas de las subordinadas más productivas de la lengua griega. Esta tesis gira en torno a tres cuestiones relacionadas con ellas en un corpus compuesto por las obras no fragmentarias de Esquilo, Sófocles, Eurípides y Aristófanes. La primera es la relativización de funciones semánticas y sintácticas, es decir, las funciones que los pronombres, adjetivos y adverbios relativos desempeñan en las oraciones que introducen. Se ha prestado atención a si la oración de relativo es restrictiva o no restrictiva, a si el relativo complementa al verbo de la oración de relativo o a un nombre, y a si el relativo funciona en la oración de relativo o en una subordinada inserta en la oración de relativo. La segunda cuestión concierne a las oraciones de relativo de antecedente oracional, que, pese a ser llamadas así, no siempre tienen como antecedente una oración completa. Se ha propuesto diferenciar entre oraciones de relativo de antecedente oracional suboracionales, oracionales y multioracionales. El tercer caso de estudio versa sobre las oraciones de relativo que, en contextos de interacción hablada, no tienen supraordinada o cuya supraordinada se encuentra en el turno de habla precedente. Se ha propuesto una taxonomía de dichas oraciones de relativo en función de las acciones que llevan a cabo y la posición en que aparecen en la secuencia conversacional. |
