Andalucía, la red transeuropea de transporte y las políticas públicas de transporte y cohesión territorial. El eje territorial Málaga-Sevilla

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar la evolución que ha tenido la Red Transeuropea de Transporte (RTE-T) en el eje territorial Málaga-Sevilla, así como en lo relativo a las políticas públicas de transporte como en el aspecto de la cohesión territorial, en especial en lo concerniente a la red ferroviaria. La metodología cualitativa utilizada en el artículo se basa en la revisión bibliográfica y documental sistemática. Los resultados del trabajo demuestran que las RTE-T desempeñan una función determinante para el objetivo de la cohesión territorial de Andalucía, pese a que aún se da un desarrollo insuficiente de dichas redes y persiste una cierta incapacidad a nivel político. Se concluye que las RTE-T han sido especialmente importante para las infraestructuras ferroviarias de Andalucía.

The aim of this research is to analyse the evolution of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) on the Malaga-Seville territorial axis, as well as on public transport policies and on the aspect of territorial cohesion, in particular as regards the rail network. The qualitative methodology used in the article is based on systematic and documentary literature review. The results of the work show that the TEN-T play a decisive role in the objective of territorial cohesion in Andalusia, although there is still insufficient development of these networks and a certain political incapacity persists. It is concluded that the TEN-T have been particularly important for the railway infrastructure of Andalusia.
