Abstract | Este trabajo supone el análisis de la evolución económica de los últimos años de las localizaciones españolas cuyo Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido (IVA) es diferente, es decir, Ceuta y Melilla, en las que se aplica el ... Este trabajo supone el análisis de la evolución económica de los últimos años de las localizaciones españolas cuyo Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido (IVA) es diferente, es decir, Ceuta y Melilla, en las que se aplica el Impuesto sobre la Producción, los Servicios y la Importación (IPSI) y Canarias donde se considera el Impuesto General Indirecto Canario (IGIC), para analizar la posible incidencia de este en dicha evolución. Se comenta en primer lugar la metodología a emplear, para acto seguido continuar con una breve definición de los impuestos. Tras esto comienza el análisis en sí mismo de las variables (primero de manera agregada y luego desagregada) en las que más es posible percibir un tipo de IVA diferente, realizándose mediante gráficas creadas a partir de los datos de las tablas que se sitúan en el anexo obtenidas previamente del INE. En cuanto a resultados por parte de Ceuta y Melilla encontramos pequeñas diferencias en cuanto a nivel nacional, pero similitud entre ambas. El crecimiento en consumo es mayor en estas dos zonas, pero no tiene relación clara con el IPSI. Tampoco ayuda a aclarar el análisis más concreto de los sectores ya que ninguno sigue un patrón anormal de consumo en vistas de verse beneficiado por el IPSI. En Canarias se dan resultados más acordes con el resultado nacional, debido en gran parte a la tendencia al tercer sector, sin embargo, tampoco se refleja que el IGIC sea relevante más allá de ciertos sectores concretos de gasto. Por tanto tampoco se puede sacar la conclusión de que el IGIC es determinante para la evolución de esta zona. En la última parte de este trabajo encontramos las tablas citadas anteriormente junto a la bibliografía referente a todos los documentos necesarios para la obtención de datos. |
