Abstract | En la actualidad, cada vez es más frecuente que se desarrollen actividades puntuales en edificios y entornos que no están preparados o diseñados inicialmente para dicha actividad, lo cual puede generar situaciones de riesgo ... En la actualidad, cada vez es más frecuente que se desarrollen actividades puntuales en edificios y entornos que no están preparados o diseñados inicialmente para dicha actividad, lo cual puede generar situaciones de riesgo que no pudieron ser detectadas en fase de diseño y que pueden afectar a la estructura organizativa y de funcionamiento del edificio y los entornos. Es por esto que, con las fuentes legislativa disponibles, este trabajo pretenda dar respuesta a esta situación de análisis de riesgo generado por la actividad puntual realizada por la Hermandad de Santa Genoveva de Sevilla el Lunes Santo y establecer unas medidas preventivas y modelos de actuación para el correcto y seguro desarrollo de dicha actividad. El trabajo viene a justificar y desarrollar un Plan de Actuación Especial para el desarrollo de la actividad, formando parte como documento extraíble de este trabajo a fin de facilitar su actualización previa a la fase de implantación. Se ha pretendido obtener un documento sencillo, fácilmente extraíble, actualizable y divulgable entre los participantes de la actividad. Para ello, a partir de la investigación, análisis de documentos existentes, soluciones similares y conocimiento interno como hermano de la entidad, se han obtenido las herramientas y datos necesarios para la elaboración de un documento con fundamento técnico pero fácilmente aplicable, que permita marcar unas pautas de actuación comprensibles y objetivas. Así se ha optado por desarrollar un documento que justifique, explique a modo de guía técnica y contenga un Plan de Actuación Especial para el desarrollo de una actividad puntual. Nowadays, it is more and more usual to carry out specific activities taking place in buildings or environments that are not initially prepared or designed for such activity, which can generate risk situations that could not be detected in the design phase and can affect to the organizational and operating structure of the building and the surroundings. Because of that and with the available legislative sources, this work aims to respond to this situation of risk analysis generated by the specific activity carried out by the Brotherhood of Santa Genoveva in Seville on Holy Monday and to establish preventive measures and action models for the correct and safe development of that activity. The project comes to justify and tackle a Special Action Plan for the development of the activity, being a part of this work as an extractable document in order to facilitate its updating before to the implementation phase. For it from the investigation, analysing existing documents, similar solutions and a deep knowledge as a brother of the entity, the necessary tools and data have been obtained for the preparation of a simple document, with a technical basis but easily applicable, that allows remark some understandable and objective guidelines for action. Thus, it has been decided to make a document that justifies, explains as a technical guide and contains a Special Action Plan for the development of a specific activity. |
