dc.description.abstract | This work aims to analyze the movement of residents in Spain in the period 2015-2019 through the Complex
Networks methodology. This methodology will provide a better understanding of the mobility flows between
the different Autonomous Communities (CC. AA.). Firstly, the main characteristics of the national movement
will be analyzed through the analysis of the statistics that describe the topology of the network. The data
analyzed comes from the annual surveys carried out during the period 2015-2019, information published by
the National Institute of Statistics (INE) of Spain.
Secondly, the Exponential Random Graph Models (ERGM) will be exposed through which the nonrandomness of the studied network can be analyzed through a statistical model that considers endogenous
variables (arcs, reciprocity, triangulation). and exogenous variables (connection with high-speed rail, type of
tourist destination, festivities, geographical location), allowing the detection of behavior patterns in mobility
between Autonomous Communities, in addition to the possibility of being able to explain the relevance of the
flows and the network as a whole.
Finally, an analysis will be made of the impact that the current health crisis, caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus, has
had on mobility. | es |
