Aprendizaje cooperativo: una meta conjunta.

Abstract

En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se expone una propuesta e implementación del aprendizaje cooperativo en la edad de 4 años (etapa de Educación Infantil). Esta metodología de trabajo se introduce en el aula en todos los aspectos rutinarios de los infantes (momentos de entrada y salida del centro, higiene, desayuno, tiempo del recreo y actividades durante la jornada educativa) y tiene como finalidad que tanto los discentes como el profesorado descubran la importancia de fomentar el aprendizaje cooperativo en el aula desde edades tempranas. Como resultado de esta propuesta educativa, se ha observado una clara implicación de los infantes en las rutinas cooperativas. Además de ser una forma de trabajo más motivadora para los dicentes, son ellos/as los que acaban intercambiando opiniones, cumpliendo roles y fomentando un clima de participación y bienestar en el equipo, respetando en todo momento el ritmo de aprendizaje de cada uno de los miembros.

In this end of grade project, I propose and implement the methodology of cooperative learning at the age of 4 years (pre-school education). This work methodology is introduced into the classroom in all the routine aspects of infants (moments of entry and exit from the center, hygiene, breakfast, recess time and activities during the educational day) and has the objective that both the students and the teachers discover the importance of promoting cooperative learning in the classroom from an early age. As a result of this educational proposal, I have been able to appreciate infants has been envolving in cooperative routines. In addition to being a more motivating way of working for the children, they are the ones who end up exchanging opinions, fulfilling roles and promoting a climate of participation and well-being in the team, respecting at all times the learning rhythm of each one of the members.
