dc.description.abstract | The institutional and political marketing, which arose in the United States during
the second half of the XX century, has been applying the communicative resources, withing
reach, to satisfy the citizens. Nowadays, the digital world is expanding so fast and it is
providing with numerous alternatives and tools with the purpose of designing a complete and
effective strategy to achieve the most efficient result. For that reason, the political marketing
takes as a reference some of the processes of the commercial marketing. Nevertheless, this
procedure must be modified, since the behaviour and the decisions made by the population
are not as predictable as the choices of a consumer. Currently, the Inbound Marketing is
introducing itself as one of the most complete and useful strategies for digital marketing due
to the fact that they offer a non-intrusive customized content to the user. Therefore, the
methodology mentioned before can be applied in a political and institutional frame to get the
best results. Due to this fact, this current thesis intends to put in prospective value the use of
this strategy on communication models and the different techniques about conventional
political and institutional marketing. Consequently, a strategic proposal will be conducted
following the procedure of Inbound Marketing in an institutional context, which is known as
Inbound Government, so as to reactivate local businesses in Moguer (Huelva), after the
effects of the health, economic and social crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic. | es |
