La evolución acelerada infosociotecnológica y sus consecuencias jurídico laborales

Abstract

En este artículo se analiza brevemente la evolución de las relaciones jurídicas laborales que ha habido a lo largo de los siglos. Se hace hincapié en los efectos que las Revoluciones Industriales han traído consigo, para compararlos con los que se prevé que van a ocurrir en el siglo XXI, en la que hemos denominado la cuarta “evolución acelerada infosociotecnológica”. La mejora de la productividad y el desarrollo económico mundial vendrá de la mano de la Inteligencia Artificial y la Robótica, y no del factor del trabajo y del capital. Los desarrollos científicos de la nanotecnología, la biotecnología, la informática y las ciencias cognitivas permitirán iniciar una nueva era, la de la plenitud humana; que pondrá el acento en el bienestar humano, diferenciándose de otras corrientes transhumanista que se encaminan hacia una era posthumana.

This article briefly analyzes the evolution of legal labor relations that have occurred over the centuries. Emphasis is placed on the effects that the Industrial Revolutions have brought with them, in order to compare them with those expected to occur in the 21st century, in which we have called the fourth “accelerated infosociotechnological evolution”. The improvement of productivity and global economic development will come from the hand of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, and not the factor of labor and capital. The scientific developments of nanotechnology, biotechnology, computer science and cognitive sciences will allow us to begin a new era, that of human fulfillment; which will focus on the center of human well-being, differentiating itself from other transhumanist currents that are heading towards a post-human era.
