    The dataset contains the results from transmission electron microscopy, particle size distribution, Raman spectroscopy and optical absorbance of Boron nitride nanosheet (BNNS) suspensions obtained by kitchen blender exfoliation at three rotor velocities. It also contains the results of the microstructural chracterization by scanning electron microscopy of spark plasma sintered ceramic composites with 3 mol% yttria tetragonal zirconia policrystal (3YTZP) matrix and different BNNS contents (1, 2.5 and 5 vol%), and their low temperature hydrothermal degradation study.

    The dataset contains the X-ray difraction patterns of (1-x)BaZr0.2Ti0.8O3–(x)Ba0.7Ca0.3TiO3 solid solution powder obtained by mechanosynthesis (x = 0.4, 0.45, 0.5, 0.55, and 0.6). It also includes patterns of thermally treated powder and fine-grained related ceramics densified by conventional in atmospheric air and hot-press sintering.
