Diseño básico funcional y constructivo de una plataforma de estacionamiento de aeronaves. Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Chávez

Abstract

Una plataforma de estacionamiento de aeronave se define como la zona habilitada para el aprcamiento de la aeronave, desde la cual se produce el embarque y desembarque de pasajeros, el llenado de combustible y todos los servicios de handling relacionados. Es una zona dónde la aeronave pasará desde pocos minutos hasta días, semanas o incluso años, por lo que debe ser capaz de soportar las cargas estáticas que producen las ruedas de los trenes de aterrizaje. También debe ser una zona fácilmente accesible por parte de los usuarios, tanto para los pilotos como para los trabajadores involucrados en las tareas que conlleva el estacionamiento de una aeronave. Todo esto es lo que se ha tenido en cuenta para diseñar la plataforma de estacionamiento de aeronaves que dará servicio a la nueva terminal que se ejecutará en los próximos años en el aeropuerto internacional Jorge Chávez de Lima, Perú. Sin duda se trata de un aeropuerto referente dentro del transporte aéreo sudamericano y que, con la ampliación de las instalaciones que se van a dar y que van a alterar todo el campo de vuelo, se convertirá en el referente mundial que todos los peruanos esperan. Con este trabajo se pretende realizar un diseño funcional a nivel operativo y constructivo, satisfaciendo todas las necesidades del creciente transporte aéreo que llegará a darse en un futuro próximo. Para ello, se realiza un estudio de la capacidad actual y de la capacidad futura, un análisis de la evolución que se espera y, en base a esto, dimensionar la plataforma de una manera eficiente dentro de las zonas disponibles para la misma. La ejecución de la plataforma pretende resolver el problema que se generará en el momento en que se construya la nueva terminal, la cual se encargará de incrementar los tránsitos tanto de pasajeros como de aeronaves, y para la cual el aeropuerto Jorge Chávez debe de estar preparado.

An aircraft parking platform is defined as the area enabled for the parking of the aircraft, from which passenger embarkation and disembarkation takes place, the filling of fuel and all related handling services. It is an area where the aircraft will go from a few minutes to days, weeks or even years, so it must be able to withstand the static loads produced by the wheels of the landing gear. It must also be an area that is easily accessible by the users, both for the pilots and for the workers involved in the tasks involved in parking an aircraft. All this is what has been considered to design the aircraft parking platform that will service the new terminal that will be executed in the next few years at the Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima, Peru. Undoubtedly, it is a reference airport within the South American air transport and, with the expansion of the facilities that are going to be given and that will alter the entire flight field, it will become the world reference that all Peruvians expect. The aim of this Project is to make a functional design at an operational and constructive level, satisfying all the needs of the growing air transport that will come soon. For this purpose, a study of the current capacity and future capacity is carried out, an analysis of the expected evolution and, based on this, to dimension the platform in an efficient way within the areas available for it. The execution of the platform aims to solve the problem that will be generated now in which the new terminal is built, which will be responsible for increasing transits of both passengers and aircraft, and for which the Jorge Chávez airport must be prepared.
