Modelado mediante CATIA V5 del avión caza español Saeta

Abstract

Los Saeta nacieron en la fábrica de la Hispano Aviación en pleno centro de Triana, por aquel entonces aún dividido en dos cavas, la de los civiles y la de los gitanos. El avión fue el producto mejor terminado de aquella fábrica. El ingeniero alemán Willy Messerschmitt fue el gran fichaje de la factoría, cuyo trabajo se materializó en primer lugar en el Triana, que fue la base del Saeta, primer avión reactor español y primer avión que exportó la industria aeronáutica española. El principal objetivo del proyecto es la modelización en 3D mediante CATIA V5 del Saeta, en concreto, del fuselaje, las alas, la cabina y el empenaje. Previo a ello se ha realizado un ejercicio de documentación tanto técnica como histórica del avión. Se ha estructurado con una introducción inicial para situar históricamente el Saeta, un posterior desarrollo a lo largo de los años del avión y de sus actuaciones. Y, por último, el grosso del proyecto, la modelización en sí explicada paso a paso.

The Saeta were born in the “Hispano Aviación” in the heart of Trian, at that time still divided into two parts, that of civilians and that of gypsies.
