Acting on heritage implies an intellectual reflection and a personal reflection, being necessary to add to our reactions a part of intelligence, knowledge of the object work, rationality and some moderation so as not to deform the buildings as we know it. The intervention in heritage, beyond a mere value for the present of a space, can be understood as the action of consulting an encyclopedia where concepts are embodied on a canvas in which space and time intervene, where yesterday is already inserted and where tomorrow will be the result of the interpretation of the present. In this way speculations are made as we were before and the impact on the present. So inherited history makes us create an environment in which we can recognize and understand who we are. The objective of this research work is to analyze and understand some of the interventions that have been carried out in the conservation of heritage to know all the possible details -to my perception and knowledge of the subject- to plant speculations of principles of possible projects of how to preserve certain things. The abstraction in the investigation, will be based mainly on the architectural piece as a container of the patrimonial object and all the possibilities and modifications that it possesses, and how it controls the patrimonial piece integrated in the contemporary intervention as content, assuming therefore the patrimonial object as something that its value is degraded and in turn.
