Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación es el análisis de la introducción de la experiencia temporal en la práctica artística. Las obras presentadas trabajan con la ruptura del tiempo único, del tiempo continuo o histórico. El común denominador es la suspensión o interrupción del tiempo como reacción necesaria al tiempo impuesto histórica y socialmente. Se plantea la hipótesis siguiente: Hay en determinadas obras de arte contemporáneo una problematización del tiempo en algún aspecto formal o conceptual y se busca identificar estas poéticas así como la producción de obra que afronte esta problematización. El conocimiento de los diversos conceptos y teorías sobre la temporalidad así como su tratamiento por el arte, son decisivas para emplazar mi obra, en la que el tiempo es el hilo conductor, y para mi curiosidad inicial tanto en el discurso teórico como en el artístico. El objetivo de esta búsqueda conceptual y de referentes es que dicho conocimiento permita realizar obras que respondan a los retos que hoy nos hace el tiempo, para no quedarnos en la superficie de la memoria y el recuerdo, que son importantes , pero el concepto y el trabajo a realizar son mucho más complejos y ricos

The object of this research is the analysis of the introduction of the temporary experience in the artistic practice. The works submitted develops the brakedown of the unique time, the continuous or the historical time. The common denominator is the suspension or interruption of the time as a needed response to the time historically and socially imposed. This data suggests the next hypotesis: There is in some works of contemporary art a problematization of time in several formal or conceptual aspects and the point of this search is to identify these poetics as well as the production of work that confront this problematization. The knowledge of the different concepts and theories about the temporality as well as the way the art works with them are crucial to placing my work where the time is the thread and so for my initial curiosity as much as in the theoretical speech as in the artistic one. The purpose of this conceptual research and of the referents is that such knowledge enables us to performance works responsive to the challenges the time makes today in order to not stay on the memory’s surface and remembrance, that are important, but the concept and the work to do are much richer and more complex
