Cidades do conhecimento: rede KOGNOPOLIS

Abstract

Um número cada vez maior de regiões das sociedades e economias pertencentes à OCDE está desenhando as suas estratégias de desenvolvimento em torno da aprendizagem, da investigação e da inovação, mediante um enfoque conjunto das administrações públicas, do sector privado e da sociedade em geral (OCDE, 2001). Pretende-se analisar a importância das novas técnicas de gestão do conhecimento como recurso estratégico chave para a competitividade de uma entidade territorial, a cidade. Foi neste contexto que se criou a Rede KOGNÓPOLIS60 na qual se integram 6 cidades das regiões da Estremadura (Espanha) e Alentejo Central e Alentejo Norte (Portugal) com o objectivo de potenciar as práticas de gestão do conhecimento entre as mesmas e realizar os estudos científicos para obtenção de avanços colectivos no domínio da partilha e difusão de conhecimento.

Most of regions members of OECD is drawing its strategies of development around the learning, the research and innovation, by means of a joint approach of the public administrations, the private sector and the society in general (OECD, 2001). It is intended to analyze the importance of the new techniques of knowledge Management as a strategical resource key for the competitiveness of joins territorial entity, the city. It was in this context that it created KOGNÓPOLIS NETWORK that integrate 6 cities of the regions of the Extremadura (Spain) and Alentejo Central and Alentejo North (Portugal) with the goal to harness the practical of knowledge Management between these cities to carry through the scientific studies for obtain collectives advances in the domain of kanowledge share and diffusion of knowledge.
