Abstract

La notificación telemática al interesado de la calificación negativa del Registrador solamente es posible si el mismo la autoriza al tiempo de la presentación del documento inscribible; no se debe considerar como tal autorización que consigne un número de fax. La caducidad de la anotación preventiva de embargo no impide la cancelación de las cargas posteriores al mismo cuando la adjudicación se ha realizado estando vigente la anotación preventiva.
