Abstract

The enterprise of the nineties creates its own strategies in a competitive atmosphere characterísed by the spreading of Computer technology. The flexibílity that these technologies of information to the eompany bring forward, has implications all over the areas that constitute the business sector, not only over the productive area, but also over the organizational, fínancial and business ones, With this work we try to analysis and point out some of the main consequences that the adoption of these technologies brings about in a eompany, making an especial stand on those that affect the managerial function.

L/entreprise des années 90 cree sa propre stratégie dans un environnement competitif characterisé par 1’enorme diffusion des technologies de I’information. La fléxibilité que ces technologies offrent á l’entreprise a des implications sur tous ses secteurs: organisation, finance, pro- duction, etc. Avec notre travail nous essayerons d ’aonaliser et raettre en évidence quelques des consequences principales qui ont pour Tentrepríse 1*adoption de ces technologies. Nous ínsistirons specialement sur celles qui affectent les fonctions managéríales.
